Michael went on the rowing camp again at Taree
in January, as he did last year
in a contingent of enthusiastic young rowers from Leichhardt Rowing Club.
The spot was just as glorious as last
year. Here are some early morning shots of the
river.

team were set a cracking pace by
super-coaches Frank and Kerry, ably assisted by Jane and
Sarah. Kerry and Sarah provide gourmet meals, with
Philip being the gopher and vegetable peeler... The rowers are relaxing (left) on their afternoon off, whilst Management relaxation takes a different form... |

| At the end of the training camp, the
team
participated in the Taree regatta, on Friday 9th to
Sunday 11th
January. Michael and Lloyd had a great regatta.
Here's them displaying their medallions after winning
the Under 19s double scull. And the girls delighted their coaches - and their club - by winning the 8s! |
